He was predeceased by: his father Jerome John; his son Ronald E. Mullinix; his grandson John Stambaugh III; and his siblings, Gerald Mullinix, Lois Reaver and Jerry Mullinix.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dell Mullinix; his children, Karl Jerome Mullinix, Jr. (Linda) of Rock Hill, SC, Lesa Stambaugh (John) of Taneytown, Laurie Luellen (Raymond) of Hampstead, Beth Scarbrough (Thomas) of Biglerville, PA, Amy Montour (Charles) of Frederick and Stephen "Todd" Diehl of Eldersburg; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Rawlings of Littlestown, PA and Ronald Mullinix. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Karl's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
