We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2022, at the age of 67, Julie Ann Flaherty of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Curtis Rice and Melva Marie Rice. She is survived by: her husband Patrick F. Flaherty; her pets, Stella, Stevie Nix, Spencer Reid, Sam Seaborn and Santana; her children, Kelly Jessup (James) of Connecticut and Zachary Flaherty of Virginia; her brothers, Stanley Rice of Westminster, Kevin Rice (Debbie) of Finksburg and Keith Rice (Melissa) of Pennsylvania; her brothers-in-law, Michael Flaherty of Parkville, Dan Flaherty (Linda) of Forest Hill and Tim Flaherty (Stacy) of Pennsylvania; her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Sara, Emily, Melissa, Allison, Josh, Jake, Jared, Chris, Sean, Andrew and Matthew; and her great-nephew Tyler.
