He is survived by: his wife Nadine Carole Naylor Mann; his children, Joseph Milton Mann, Jr. (Kim) of Union Bridge, Craig Mann (Sherry) of Spring Grove, PA and Heather Taylor (Chris) of Gardners, PA; his grandson Collin Mann; his children, Austin Mann, Mickala Berta-Mann and Caitlyn Mann; his great grandchild Ariyah; and his sister Faye Kline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
