She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Voss (Downing) and George Voss; her husband Robert Lee Williams; and her brother Alan Voss. She is survived by: her children, Debra L. Ewing (Eric) of Westminster, Patrick S. Murphy of Middleburg, MD and Steven P. Murphy (Lori) of Dallastown, PA.; and her grandchildren, Lisa M. Boger, Rachel M. Tillson, Sean Murphy, Ryan Murphy and Natilie C. Murphy. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
