He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Sheftic and Anne Balog Sheftic. He is survived by: his wife Jean Callahan Sheftic; and his children, Jean Bilodeau, Mary Sheridan (Dan) and John C. Sheftic Jr. (Kelli). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
