He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Walter and Mildred Purcell Seifert; his spouse Felicitas Genoveva Seifert; his daughter Nancy Patricia Seifert; and his siblings, Donald Seifert, Raymond Seifert, Helen Sliwinski and Shirley Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, John Dale Seifert (Irene) of Ellicott City, MD, Mark Anthony Seifert (Karen) of Reisterstown, MD and Felicia Gwen Seifert Herman of Coatesville, PA; and his sisters, Beverly Brading, Barbara Andrews and Nancy Seifert.
