He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Montgomery and Lucille Montgomery (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Montgomery; and his children, Heather Lynn Vollmer (Todd) of Hampstead, MD, Chad Alan Montgomery of Westminster, MD and Derek Stephen Montgomery of Westminster, MD.. He is also survived by wife and children.
