He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert and Anna Jacob Koslosky; his wife Grace Koslosky; and his son-in-law Allen Codd. He is survived by: his children, John A. Koslosky (Sharon), Kevin W. Koslosky (Jackie) and Joyce L. Codd-Ricker; his son-in-law Rick Ricker; his daughter Lisa A. Feidler; his grandchildren, Keri, Amanda, Michelle, John, Jr., Bryan, Lauren, Matt, Ryan, Katie, Kenny and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Jonah, Mason, Kinsley, Landon, Savannah, Scarlett, Caleb, Adam, Evan, Jaxson, Jaidyn, Townes and Samantha. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
