He is survived by: his wife Alice Esther Slater Hart; his children, Mechelle Mulzoff (Mark) of Manchester, Kimberly Marie Conrad of Catonsville and John Joseph "Jay" Hart (Jennifer) of Rocky Mount, NC; his grandchildren, Josh Mulzoff (Erin), Kelsey McMunn (Tyler), Warrick Wissel, Riley Wissel, Maddie Hart, Ben Hart and Ellie Hart; and his sister Cathy Weiss (Larry) of Winchester, VA.. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
