He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Jean Dodge of Westminster; his stepparent David Brian Dodge of Crisfield; his siblings, Ashley Black of New Windsor, Amanda Smith of Hampstead and Brian Dodge of Harford County; his nieces and nephews, Ellie Black, Jett Black, Lincoln Smith and Lawson Smith; and his cousins, Paul Lamar, Chris Lamar, Crystal Palumbo, Tiffany, Timothy and Stacey Corbin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
