He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Preisendorf and Teresa Preisendorf (Straub); and his sister Helen Cook of New Jersey. He is survived by: his friends, Kevin Carter, Vince Mettle, Stephen Leon and Gary Saylor; his wife Nina H. Price (Butler); his children, Veronica Moffitt of Maine, Barbara Price (John McCombs) of California, Margaret Price of Florida, Michael Price of Utah, Cathy Moore of New York and Patricia Freeburg of Oklahoma; and his nieces, Nancy Dzurisson and Susan Mulligan of New Jersey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
