She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph DeVoter; her spouse Rodney D. Smith; and her siblings, Barbara Ridgeway and Douglas DeVoter. She is survived by: her parent Pauline Elizabeth Hines; her daughters, Debra A. Smith of Finksburg, Stephanie A. Smith of Finksburg and Jennifer A. Gross of Finksburg; her siblings, Mabel Marr, Joseph, John, Brian "Stephen" and Mark DeVoter; her granddaughters, Lindsey and Megan Gross; and her aunt Rose Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
