She was predeceased by: her parent William Stair; and her brother Henry Wantz. She is survived by: her parent May Elizabeth Sheely (Wantz); her husband Richard W. Jasper of Westminster; her children, Cheryl S. Beal (Terry) of Westminster, Timothy B. Stair of Westminster and Daniel L. Shaffer, Jr. (Kathy) of Manchester; her siblings, Naomi Marsh (Claude) of Taneytown, Joyce Greenholtz of Westminster and Robert Stem (Donna) of Taneytown; and her grandchildren, Joshua Pittinger, Curtis Schultz, Alicia Stair, Robert Ingle (Laura), Amanda Ingle, Dustin Shaffer and Sabrina Shaffer.
