She is survived by: her parent Helen Virginia Frizzell (Cearfoss); her spouse Henry Gordon Rowe; her daughters, Pam Mills of Westminster, Vicki Ryan (Michael) of Westminster, Cheri Gibson (Glenn) of Westminster and Cindi Byrne (John) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Brad Gibson (Erin), Kelli Ryan Self (Larry), Scott Ryan, Christopher Gibson (Kallie), Brendan, Caitlin and Kirsten Byrne; her great grandchildren, Marli Baldwin, Grady Baldwin, Owen Gibson, Paige Gibson, Joey Gibson and Kane Fernandez; her brother Bruce Frizzell (Arlene) of Forest Hill; and her sister-in-law Donna Diaz (Dave) of Cockeysville.
