Joan I. Cumberland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 85, Joan I. Cumberland of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Weist Shaffer; her sons, Michael and Dennis Warehime; and her grandson Kevin Warehime. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. "Bob" Cumberland; her sons, Steve D. Warehime (Terri) of Westminster, Craig A. Warehime of Westminster and Tim J. Warehime (Linda) of Westminster; her stepdaughter Barbara Cumberland Gieselman (Mark) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Danielle, Brandon and Tamara Warehime; her stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Bryan Gieselman; and her great grandchildren, Josh Heir and Cameron Warehime.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Joan, to the Bessie Marshall Benefit Fund, supporting the needs of MSFA members who are ill or injured, not in the line of duty, c/o Lori Denbow, 103 Brotherton Court, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
