She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doris Horn (Stortz) and Micky Horn; her significant other Richard M. Hoffman Sr.; her son Richard M. Hoffman Jr. (Alayna); her grandchildren, Fox, Autumn, Abigail and Wyatt; her stepparents, Gene and Jerry Egnot; her siblings, Jean Malcolm (Dan), Missy Zavalick (Alan), Eddie Horn (Doris) and Micky Horn; and her sister-in-law Peggy. She was also cherished by extended family members, a multitude of nieces and nephews, God-children, friends.
