DeLauter, Jr. of Westminster; her brother Novell, Jr. of Westminster; her nephews, Aaron Mitchell and Kevin Gill II; her niece Ashleigh Owens; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Deborah Owens; her siblings-in-law, Steve, Michael Owens and Claudia Gill (Kevin Gill, Sr.); her aunt Ella; and her close friends, Shannon Moyer and Jill Green. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
