He is survived by: his father Richard Frank Czajkowski of Westminster; his wife Cheryl Lynne Czajkowski; his children, Kristen Windsor (Christopher) of Westminster, Nicholas Czajkowski of Harrisburg, PA and Matthew Czajkowski of Westminster; his grandchildren, Lillian and Memphis Windsor of Westminster; his sisters, Laurel Hall (Frank) of Westminster and Karen Frome of Reisterstown; his parents-in-law, David and Lois Smith of Littlestown, PA; his sister-in-law Lisa Smith (Brian) of Baltimore; and his pet Dozia.
