She was predeceased by: her mother Lydia Slaughter; and her son William Thomas Wilhoit. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Wilhoit; her daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Brooks; her brother Charles Fitzpatrick (Linda); her granddaughter Elizabeth Alexandria Mead-Robinson (Clye); and her great grandchildren, Eerica, Kinsley and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Jean to the Helping Up Mission, 1029 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
