He is survived by: his mother Ilene Forsbacka; his fiancé Kasey Farley; his pet Lumi; his siblings, Glen Forsbacka and Jennifer Forsbacka; his nieces and nephews, Chery and Reno; his sister Jill Odachowski (Jonathan Odachowski); his nephews, Mason and Jackson; and also, Hannah, Kyra and Alyssa.
