She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Davis and Pearl Shipley Davis; her husband Ralph "Skeets" Spencer, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruth E. Saylor and Raymond Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph H. Spencer Jr. of Westminster, Raymond "Bo" Spencer (Denise) of Westminster and JoAnn Bell (William) of Littlestown, PA; her grandchildren, Jodi Spencer, Josh Spencer, Jenny (Greg Mastalerz) and Amy (Scott Hamilton); and her great grandchildren, Renee, Willa, Liliana, Wren and Tyler.
