He is survived by: his parent Harry Reck; his sons-in-law, Amy Budzynski, Chris Budzynski of Westminster, Karen Stiffler and Todd Stiffler of New Freedom, PA; his brother Donald Reck (Gerri) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Budzynski, Will Budzynski, Daniel, Emma, Megan and Rachel Stiffler.
