He is survived by: his wife Elinor "Ellie" Clingan (Wieseler); his children, Crystal Redding (Joe) of Alexandria, VA, Kathie Sharp of Longmont, CO and Jay Clingan (Isabelle) of Finksburg; his grandchildren, Jessica Redding, Bryan Redding, Aleksei Sharp, Vera Sharp, Roman Sharp, Benjamin Clingan, Gabrielle Clingan and Camille Clingan; his great grandchildren, Alexis and Skylar; and his siblings, David Clingan of Westminster and Jean Zepp of Westminster.
