He is survived by: his children, Deborah Linard (Gregory) and James H. Billingslea, Jr. (Tamara); his grandchildren, Kristin Young (Daniel), Melissa Linard, James H. Billingslea, III (Dana) and Jenna Billingslea; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Young, Lauren Young, Chloe Keyser and James H. Billingslea IV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
