He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Otto. He is survived by: his parent Lillie Fritz Otto; his wife Mina G. Otto; his nephew George Otto, II; his nieces, Barbara Devilbiss and Patsy Harris; and his friends, Norman Miller and Sandy Miller.
