He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haney and Katherine Sugar; and his wife Dorothy Claire Haney. He is survived by: his sons, Harold Haney (Linda) of Lottsburg, VA and Bruce Haney (Donna) of Clarksville; and his sister-in-law Sandra Hickey.
