She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lewis and Sadie Elizabeth Mentzer (Haupt); and her siblings, Jane Thompson, Lois Tussey, Fayeanne Sharrar and Harry L. Mentzer, Jr..

She is survived by: her son Dale E. "Skip" Boyles, Jr (Ann) of Finksburg; her grandchildren, Amy Rink (Jim) of Hampstead and Jason Boyles of Westminster; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Jared Rink; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Barnes of Masonic Home and Peggy Craig (Richard) of Washington, PA; her stepgrandchildren, Gregory Moss (K. C.) of Columbus, OH and Kelly Morraye (Jay) of Sykesville; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Annie, Noah Morraye, Braden and Ella Moss.
