He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman W. Turner and Margaret L. Turner (Cooper); his wife Joyce L. Turner (Williams); and his sister Shirley A. Woods. He is survived by: his daughters, Julene M. (Jeff Steighmann) and Christine M. (Brendon) of Littlestown, PA; and his siblings, Gladys M. Cole, Dorothy A. Warren, Robert L. Turner, William E. Turner, Cecelia Tamberrino, Angie Tamberrino and Dominic Tamberrino. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
