She is survived by: her parent Beatrice I. Summers Frisby; her spouse William E. "Jimmy" Hill Sr.; her children, Juanita Hill of Taneytown, Thomas Carter of South Carolina, Brian Hill of Union Bridge, Richard Hill of Taneytown, Felix Hill and Michael Hill; her siblings, Dorothy Thronton of Union Bridge, Frances Daughton (Vernon) of Sparks, Barbara Outch of Reisterstown, Charlotte Willis (Wayne) of Taylorsville and John T. Frisby of Westminster; and her niece Nancy Willis.
