He is survived by: his wife Linda June Long Koudelka; his children, Hal Koudelka III (Lori Enright) and Lori Whitworth (Michael); his stepdaughter Angela (Michael); his grandchildren, Amber, Holly, Arik, Chase, Ali and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Kole and Merrick; and his siblings, Mary Lou Boris and Robert Koudelka.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manchester Baptist Church (2933 Manchester Baptist Church Rd, Manchester, MD 21102). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
