He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Marie Hayes (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nancy Hayes and Timothy Hayes; his great grandchildren, Colin and Ethan Hayes; and his sister-in-law Ella Mae Kessell of Westminster, Maryland..
