She was predeceased by: her parents, Algie Belcher and Zella Quisenberry; and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lee Pond (David) of New Windsor and Carl H. Kracke Jr. (Belinda) of Westminster. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
