He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scott and Rebecca Robertson; and his siblings, Ed, Mary, Dolly, Helen, Harry, Vonnie, Joan, Becky and Stu.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Yingling; his daughter Tammy Severe (Larry); his grandsons, Shawn Singer (Sara) and Ryan Singer; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Olivia, Lila, Ryder, Ally and Jack; and his sister Sis Turnbaugh of Owings Mills.
