He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton C. Chenoweth, Sr. and Jacqueline Hart Chenoweth; his wife Marjorie "Margie" Moss Chenoweth; and his granddaughter Sahara M. Laverdiere. He is survived by: his children, Rachel M Chenoweth (Eric V. Schneider) of Mt. Airy, Marlena A. Laverdiere, Wayne T. Chenoweth (Kelsey L.) of Westminster and Maisy E. Kratz (Bryan T.) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Lawson A., Caleigh E. Schneider, Quest A. Mann, Sky L., Star L., Summit R., Silas M. Laverdiere, Jayden M. Moreland, Chandler W., Crew T. Chenoweth, Piper R., Justin T. and Pierce L. Kratz.
