Genevieve Catherine Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Catherine Phillips (Westminster, Maryland), who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moran and Mary Moran (Roth); her siblings, Pearl Phillips (Moran), Beatrice Frederickson (Moran) and Charles "Buck" Moran; and her daughter Genevieve "Cathi" Hohenstein (Phillips).
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie C. Waltman (Phillips), Melvyn C. Phillips Sr. (Angela) and Norman "Rob" Phillips (Tracey); and her sister-in-law Christa "Valerie" Moran. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Genevieve was a generous giver to countless charities over the years, with St Jude's Children's Research Hospital being at the top of her list for an annual Christmas donation. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice in Genevieve's honor.
