He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Hall, Sr. and Doris Hall; and his siblings, Deanna Lubner, George Hall, Jr., Geoffrey Hall, Gregory Hall, Gene Hall and Gerald Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Hall; his friends, Dan Calwell, IV and Queenstown, MD; his daughters, Deborah Ann Calwell (Dan M. Calwell) and Sally Ann Whittington (Daniel M. Whittington) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Dan M. "Danny" Calwell, VI (Brandy Edwards), Malynn R. Calwell, Olivia A. Calwell, Julia I. Calwell, Ryan D. Whittington (Cara E. Whittington) and Hunter (Carley Whittington); his great grandchildren, Dan M. "DJ" Calwell, VII and Lucas J. Calwell; his pet Gem; his siblings, Gordon Hall (Charlotte) of Georgia, Glenn Hall of New York, Grant "David" Hall (Nancy) of New York and Darlene Schultz (Ronald "Ron" Schultz) of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Marian Hall and Cindy Hall.
