He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Keefer and Bertha Keefer (Vink); his wife Sally Renn; his sons, Dr. Jeffrey Keefer (Maureen) of Baltimore, MD and Garrett Keefer, Jr. (Lisa) of Taneytown, MD.; his grandchildren, Anna Keefer of Baltimore, Hailey Keefer of Taneytown, Amanda Wagner of Taneytown and Garrett Keefer III of Sheridan; and his sister Nancy Crandall. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
