She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Van and Verna May Frey Hudson; and her brother Jack Hudson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Smith; her children, Jason A. Smith (Kathi) of Hanover, PA and Kara A. Garrison of Heidlersburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Colby Smith, Naomi Smith, Adrianna Smith and Miranda Garrison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
