He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Joseph Dvorak, Sr. and Frances Anne Knauer Dvorak; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Wagner. He is survived by: his cousin Fred; his wife Lynne Sharp Dvorak; his sons, Frederick Joseph Dvorak, III (Linda) of Baltimore, Dcn Michael Andrew Dvorak (Kimberly) of Westminster and John Nicholas Dvorak (Melissa) of Falls Church, VA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Nicholas, Alyssa, Alexander, Amia, Abigail, Andrew, Liliana and Julian. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
