It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Thomas Jr. of Westminster, Maryland, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Bernice Loos Thomas and Dr. Franklin Ray Thomas Sr.; and his sister Dorothy Allen. He is survived by: his children, Carrie T LoVoi (Michael) of Frederick and John'Andrew'Thomas of Westminster; his grandson Nolan LoVoi of Frederick; his stepmother Dr. Esther Thomas; his sisters, Elizabeth Watson (Jim) of South Carolina, Helan Ellis (Randy) of South Carolina and Mary Kay Miller (Bill) of Westminster; and his brother-in-law Thomas Allen of Florida.
