It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Libman (Westminster, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Herbert Libman and Sophia Meredith Libman. He is survived by: his brothers, David Libman (Laura) of Cedar City and William "Bill" Libman of Westminster; his friend Vicki Butt of Pensacola, Florida; his niece Rebecca Davidson of California; his nephew Jason Libman of California; and his great-nieces, Hailey, Jessica and Taylor Davidson of California.
