We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022, at the age of 84, Frances Diehl of Westminster, Maryland, born in Owings Mills, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Leroy Constantine, Sr. and Norma Louise Buckingham Constantine; and her husband James Edward Diehl, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Diane Gordon (Kelley) of Westminster, MD, Janice McCleary (Joe) of Florida, James E. Diehl, Jr. of Sykesville, Terry Cimino (Tony) of New Market, MD and Connie Gabriel (Don) of Federalsburg, MD; and her sister Dorothy "Dot" Skidmore of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
