He is survived by: his stepmother Sally Phillips; his brother Jimmy of South Carolina; his sisters-in-law, Terry Phillips, Joanne Phillips and Ruby Phillips; his niece Paula (Paul Payne); his nephews, Melvin, Ronnie and Dwayne; his stepchildren, Linda Garber-Kreimer of Hanover and Michael Garber (Amy) of Westminster, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Adam Kreimer of Walkersville, Lauren Foster of Illinois, Taylor Garber and Meghan Miller of Westminster; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Addison Foster of Illinois.
