It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Mueller of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Franklin and Lois Franklin (Redmond); her husband Charles A. Mueller, Sr.; and her siblings, Howard Franklin and Helen Blanton.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wheeler, Cynthia Petti, Charles Mueller, Jr. and Joseph Mueller. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
