He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sister Martha; his brother-in-law Wayne Osborne; his sons, Michael Wayne (Dellene) and Kenneth Eugene (Deborah); his daughter-in-law Carolyn; his grandchildren, Heather, Dale, Shasta, Ryan, Kayla, Angel and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Heaven, Destiny, Kali, Kason, Paisley, Kallie, Abbygail and Ariel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
