He was predeceased by: his parent Millard Webster; his husband Hazel Loftice Fritz; his daughter Teresa D. Goss; and his son-in-law David Eckard. He is survived by: his parent Anna M. Fritz (Little); his sister Jeffrey W. Fritz of Rockville; and his grandchild Doris Harbaugh of Alum Bank, PA.
