He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Schmidt; his children, Bo Schmidt (Donna) and Lisa Rhodes (Paul); his grandchildren, Dylan Terry and Alison McKinsey; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Mathew and Rebeca; and his brother Ernest Schmidt (Joan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
