She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Phillips; her son-in-law Bruce Phillips of Frederick; her son William Kramer (Joan Canfield) of Frederick; her brother John Newcomb; her sister-in-law Kay Newcomb of Westminster; her grandchildren, Anu Kramer, Cynthia Phillips and Suzanne Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Thomas and Morgan Murphy.
