She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward and Hazel Marie Blankenship (Muncey); her husband John Milton Chaney, Jr.; and her siblings, Lucille Tabor and Edward Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Hazel (Ronald Shriver), John III (Diane Chaney), Sohn (Julie Chaney), Jonathan (Kim Chaney) and Michael (Lauren Tabor); and her sister Iris Hankins (Della McIntyre) of Ocean City. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
