She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Fauth Jr. and Nancy J. Fauth; and her brother Joseph Fauth. She is survived by: her husband Jack W. Lewis Jr.; her sons, Scott Lewis and Tim Lewis (Heather); her grandchildren, Bradlee, Hailee and Hope; her siblings, Jack Fauth, Doug Fauth (Clare), Mike Fauth (Julie) and Pamela Crowl (Dennis); and her friend Linda Wright.
